MEMBERSHIP

The Rock Hill Beach Community Association is a private and voluntary organization open to the residents of Rock Hill Beach. We are not a Homeowner’s Association and therefore do not have any mandatory HOA fees.

ANNUAL DUES

We only ask for $25 annually per household as dues for the association. It can be paid via cash, check made payable to Rock Hill Beach Community Association. or Venmo (@Patricia-Pearson-404). Please mail payment to our Treasurer, Patricia Pearson, at 1236 Hillside Rd. Pasadena MD 21122. Please include your name, home address, email address and contact number so we can make sure to apply it to the right house. You can also pay at one of our monthly meetings held on the 4th Wednesday of every month.

These funds help to pay for county taxes on community owned property, grass cuttings and maintenance for the J. Walter Wilkinson Community Park on Valley Rd. and the Hillside Rd. Community Beach, our pier fund to help restore both piers in our community, among many other community enhancing initiatives the association focuses on. 

Without these funds, we cannot maintain our community areas which can lead to reduced or revoked privileges by the county.

BOAT RAMP GATE KEYS

If you would like access to our community boat ramp at Rock Hill & Valley Rd, the annual fee is $65. Please contact our Treasurer, Patricia Pearson at treasurer@rockhillbeach.org for more information.
